What You'll Do
Sales: lead the real estate consultancy team in the creation of all necessary sales materials to enable an integrated flexibility consultancy process.
Develop our Flexible Consultancy strategy: creating, planning and running activities while executing the playbook.
Develop and implement sales processes and procedures & take high-level decisions about policy and pricing according to the Strategic Plan. Lead revenue growth initiatives
Build and scale the real estate consultancy and marketing teams, develop strategies to drive demand and sales conversions
Communicate the company brand and lifestyle to corporations to highlight the culture enhancing benefits of our enterprise program.
Account Management & Support:
Troubleshoot prospect/customer issues, coordinating across teams to find creative solutions, execute with speed and quality. Act as a frontline support to our clients and collaborate across the company to develop strategies to improve loyalty while delivering our service.
Management:
Empower and coach your respective team through strong leadership and communication skills - is a company focused on constantly leveling up, and it starts with our leaders and managers setting the stage for growth in their teams. Regularly report on progress against goal, using metrics and insights to highlight challenges and opportunities: KPIs of conversion, customer experience, budget and member eligibility and engagement.

  • Focusforfirst12months:
    • Achieve or exceed monthly quota of pipeline creation.

    • Convert 25% of pipeline into revenue on a quarterly basis.

    • Manage high level conversations with corporate heads of Human Resources, CFO's and other business leaders in target and prospect accounts.

    • Develop targeted account list, outbound strategy, and marketing material to increase our enterprise pipeline.

    • Track the success of Sales, create relevant adoption and engagement KPIs and provide regular reports.

    • Be a creative thinker who looks outside the box to find solutions to meet growing sales targets and unlock creative partnerships.

    • Build a scalable team of SDRs to deliver a great sales experience. Train, onboard, and mentor SDRs to achieve KPIs while building skills for professional growth.




Your secret sauce:

  • Experience in a senior management position, you have managed, scaled and lead teams. You know how the corporate world works, their needs, their approach and how (sometimes) they are very slow and irrational. It does not surprise you or make you panic.

  • Senior Client facing experience: you have extensive experience working with C-Level executives in Commercial / Partnership roles, and have the polish to represent your company in front of corporates/investors.

  • Experience using marketing automation platforms and CRM.

  • Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit: the company is growing incredibly quickly, meaning each employee will be given significant responsibility and autonomy. This will mean hard work, but will also mean much room for innovation in developing processes and/or programs that could benefit the company and create room for significant personal and career growth.

  • Ability to inspire confidence and create trust, to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate.

  • At least 5 years of real estate experience (Consultancy, Tenant Rep and other initiatives) and proven track record of success prospecting.

  • Highly organized, with an eye for critical details as well as an understanding of and ability to communicate the big picture.
