Senior Cloud Security Engineer (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

The cloud security engineer (m/f/d) performs various functions, including being responsible for the overall implementation of security cloud solutions and supports the MMS product teams in their cloud implementations.
You would help to improve and develop new designs and security strategies across all types of cloud-based applications (including infrastructure, platform, and software as a service).
 

• Responsible for the thorough documentations of implementations, via technical documentation and run-books
• Apply adept understanding and experience with systems automation platforms and technologies
• Execute security architectures for cloud/hybrid systems, including providing subject matter expertise to other IT and business teams
• Partake in efforts that shape the organization’s security policies and standards for use in cloud environments as well as hardening measures
• Support cross-functional teams in implementing Cyber Security cloud controls and collaborate with MMS product teams to address complex technology challenges during the cloud transition
• Responsible for automating security controls, data and processes to provide improved metrics and operational support
• Spot and execute new security technologies and best practices into the company’s Cloud offerings

Your Profile

• Strong interest and knowledge in cyber security technologies (several years of professional experience desirable)
• A strong technical and business understanding of endpoint tools and methodologies for securing cloud environment
• Expert knowledge on cloud technologies, diagrams and troubleshooting
• Degree in Computer Science or related degree preferred
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
