As a HR Generalist with a focus on Personnel Administration, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in managing various administrative tasks related to personnel, while also participating in broader HR activities related with Culture and Management.


You will assist in ensuring that all HR processes and procedures are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and regulations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a dynamic organization.



Key Responsibilities:



Personnel Records Management:



    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, performance evaluations, and training records.

    • Follow up end of contract of temporary personnel, activating replacement when necessary.

    • Assist in the maintenance of HR documentation, including employee CVs and Job Description, policies, and procedures manuals.



Onboarding and Offboarding:



    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.

    • Support offboarding procedures by conducting exit interviews, and processing necessary paperwork.



Project Implementation:



    • Support HRBP Senior and HR Corporate with the implementation of HR-related projects and initiatives, such as talent management programs, performance management systems, and diversity initiatives.

    • Support the Senior HRBP on various projects and initiatives related with culture, engagement, management and communication.



Payroll Support:



    • Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payments.

    • Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and answering employee questions related to pay.



HR Policy and Procedure Compliance:



    • Provide guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources when necessary.



HR Data Analysis:



    • Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement scores, and training participation.



General HR Support:



    • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed. I.E: preparing and organizing internal HR communications activities.

    • Follow up all the cycle of recruitment within the organization.

Requisitos mínimos

Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in HR administration or Talent Department is preferred but not required.

  • Knowledge of HR processes, procedures, and best practices.

  • Advance level of excel.


Languages:



  • Advance level of English is a must

  • Native/Advanced level of Spanish


Skills:



  • Demonstrating initiative in the completion of assigned responsibilities and tasks.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
